How to import scores from classroom assessment on Prodigy

Prodigy unified classroom makes it easy to distribute scores from assignments, tests, notes, project quiz, etc. across the different continuous assessment that makes up a half or end of term/quarter result.  At the click of a button, scores are automatically imported and saved saving teachers time and effort in computing and compiling results.

Follow the steps below to import classroom assessment scores

STEP 1:

Log in to the school portal and navigate to the Academics section of the main menu.

STEP 2:

Click Result (a menu under Academics)

STEP 3:

Click Enter Result (a sub-menu of Result)

STEP 4:

Click the Enter Result button on the assessment of interest.

STEP 5:

Fill in all required field then click the Proceed button

Session, Term or Quarter, Class, Assessment Option (Cognitive), Result Option (Per Subject or Per Class)

STEP 6:

a) Per Subject Option:

Click the Enter Result button on the subject of interest.

b) Per “Student/Pupil” Option:

Click the Enter Result button on the student/pupil of interest.

STEP 7:

Click the Import Score Form Classroom button at the top right corner of the page

STEP 8:

Click Proceed

NOTE:

a) Importing scores from classroom assessment is only possible if classroom assessment has been linked to final assessment ( see Linking classroom assessments to final result on prodigy).

b) Classroom scores would be automatically imported and saved. The score imported is based on the percentage set when linking assessment to final assessment.
